About Amy: The Librarian of the Self
From Cataloging Books to Mapping the Soul
Since 2009, I have been a librarian. I’ve spent over a decade helping people navigate systems, discover new worlds, and find the exact resources they need to thrive. Whether I was troubleshooting technology or launching the Neurodiverse Meetup, my mission has always been the same: Creating a safe space for people to simply be.

But for a long time, I didn't have a safe space of my own.

The Survival Years
In 2021, my world collapsed. I lost my housing and spent 18 months living out of my car and hotel rooms—all while continuing to show up for my community as a librarian.

When I finally found stability, my body did something unexpected: it stopped. After years of "white-knuckling" through a world not built for me, I entered a behavioral health program. It was there that a case manager looked at my life—the struggle for full-time employment, the sensory overwhelm, the constant burnout—and suggested a missing piece of the puzzle: Autism.

At 37, I finally received my diagnosis. My first thought wasn't "I'm broken." It was: "So that is why everything has been so hard."

Why Human Design?
Traditional self-help often feels like another set of rigid rules—another "mask" to wear. When I discovered Human Design, I found the "Science of Differentiation."

As a librarian, I love systems. As a neurodivergent woman, I love permission. Human Design gave me both. It taught me that being "different" isn't a deficit to be managed; it's a blueprint to be followed. It allowed me to stop fighting my nature and start deepening my relationship with my true self.

Your Sanctuary (The Vibe)
I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to bridge the gap between clinical support and soulful self-discovery. When you work with me, you aren't entering a sterile clinic. You are entering a sanctuary.

-
The Atmosphere: Dim lighting, cool air, and the faint scent of citrus.
-
The Comforts: A couch full of fluffy pillows, weighted blankets, and a basket of fidgets for restless hands.
-
The Creativity: Scratch paper for doodling, crochet amigurumi on the shelves, and a library of Human Design wisdom at your fingertips.

Whether we are looking at your clinical goals or your energetic chart, this is a space where you can finally unmask, exhale, and begin.
